Aged 30. Son of Thomas C. O. and Cathrine M. Millar, of Greenock, Renfrewshire. Died of diptheria on board a Japanese ship transferring prisoners. Educated at High School and had worked with Fleming, Reid & Co. Member of Greenock Golf Club
