Son of Mr & Mrs James Robertson of 34 Robertson Street, Greenock. Had won the DSC for his part in a raid on German Shipping at Kirkenes and Petsamo in July 1941. Educated at Strathbungo School. Member of Scottish Flying Club at Renfrew
